Three months before your due date, you will receive ONVZ's maternity package. This package contains everything you need for childbirth and the first days after you give birth. The package has been put together in consultation with midwives and meets the highest standards.

1 Cardboard box
With our cardboard we take the environment into account and therefore have an FSC seal of approval. 1 ONVZ Knisperboekje
A cute fabric book whose pages make a crackling sound. Perfect for little ones, these are the first children's books you can "read" to your child.
1 Diaper tape
Diaper tape is designed for attaching the first cotton diapers. The diaper tape is flexible, sturdy and sticks well. Tip; Tape can also be used to write down the date. You then stick this on the bottle if you want to store pumped milk or on the storage container for storing other food.
1 Mattress Protector
A mattress protector is ideal during the weeks before and during childbirth. Also suitable in cases of light incontinence. The mattress protector is placed across the bed under the sheet so that only the buttocks rest on the protector. Dimensions: 80 x 180 cm x 0.05 mm.
1 Umbilical cord clamp
The sterile blue umbilical clamp is made of hard plastic and features a safety catch. The package is steam sterilized and should remain closed until delivery. The umbilical clamp is used to close the umbilical cord. Ask your maternity nurse about the care of the umbilical stump. She can best advise you on this.
1 Natalis hand gel
This hand gel cleans hands without the use of water. Based on 100 % naturally obtained alcohol, diluted with 30 % very soft water to obtain adequate action. Contains no parabens, SLS/SLES, mineral oils (kerosene, vaseline, petrolatum), silicones, propylene glycol and genetically modified plant extracts. Contains glycerin to prevent skin dehydration. Animal-free, both finished product and ingredients are not tested on animals. Bottle should be kept out of reach of children.
1 Natalis alcohol
The bottle of alcohol ketonatus is a cleaning agent. With the alcohol you clean the thermometer, among other things. Through the fermentation of natural products, 100 % naturally produced alcohol is obtained. This alcohol is diluted with very soft water to get an adequate effect. Animal-free, both finished product and ingredients are not tested on animals. Bottle should be kept out of reach of children.
1 Natalis hand soap
This hygienic soap from Natalis is great for cleaning the hands of the midwife, maternity nurse and family members. Do not use this soap for your baby.
10 Wound compresses 10 x 10 cm
Sterile wound pads are used during any medical procedures. Such as cutting and sterile covering of the wound. In addition, you can use the wound compresses i.c.w. alcohol to clean the thermometer.The sterile wound compresses are made of a non woven (synthetic cellulose fibers) material, is pliable and therefore very comfortable. In addition, the wound pad is degreased and slightly bleached.
2 Boxes wound compress 8,5x5 cm (each containing 16 pieces)
Sterile wound dressings 8.5 x 5 cm are used to care for your baby's umbilical stump. Your maternity nurse can advise you on this. The baby's eyes and ears can also be gently cleaned with a sterile wound pad.
1 Natalis dressing cotton
Natalis bandage cotton wool is made of 100% white cotton. There are 50 grams of cotton wool in the pack.
1 Pack of panty bandages
The Natalis cellulose dressing is wrapped in a tissue layer and is recommended for the first moments immediately after delivery. The panty dressing should be changed regularly. The panty dressing features a very strong absorbency. The pack contains 15 panty liners.
2 Packs of Natalis maternity dressings
The Natalis maternity dressing is extra soft quality and is made of hypoallergenic nonwoven material, which hardly sticks. The absorbent core is made of pulp. The underside has a special film layer against leaking. We recommend using the maternity dressing after the panty dressing. The dressing should be changed regularly. There are 12 pieces in a pack.
1 Pack of women's bandages
The dressing provides full protection during normal menstruation. Special channels ensure proper distribution of moisture. The body-shaped pads have a nonwoven softiplait top layer, which is dry and soft to the touch. There are 20 pieces in a pack.
1 Pad 60x90 with extra tuck-in strip folds out to 180 x 90 cm.
The maternity mattress is composed of a tissue layer with a cellulose absorbent. The maternity mattress is used during labor, after this you can switch to the underpads. Maternity mattress with extra cover to give extra protection to the width of your mattress, it captures up to 600 cc of moisture.
10 Underpads 60x60
The underpad is composed of a tissue layer with a cellulose absorbent. The pad is used during labor and should be changed regularly. The pad is for the protection of the mattress. We recommend that you place the underpad in diamond shape under the buttocks.
2 Stretch pants
The stretch pants are suitable for holding panty liners and maternity pads in place. The stretch pants are well ventilated and are very comfortable.

2 x Natracare sanitary badnage (pak of 10 pcs)

A baby and eco-friendly alternative to the plastic umbilical clip. Only a small ring remains around the umbilical stump. The Cord Ring is a sterile tight ring used for tying the umbilical cord after birth. The ring is virtually weightless and made of natural material that does not irritate sensitive baby's skin.
